I had my Thanksgiving/potluck meal 2 weeks ago, (I made a Turducken).
Today, I’m having this instead..
1.) Cheese Covered Waffle Style French Fries with Crumbled Bacon Bits and Spicy Ranch Dressing as a dip.
2.) 1 pound or more of Medium Rare Rib-eye Steak, seasoned and smoked with a piece of Oak on the grill.
3.) Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy.
4.) Sauteed Mushrooms with Onion and Garlic Salt.
5.) Coconut Creme Pie.
I like to cook with wine. Sometimes, I add it to the food.

What to do with all of that leftover turkey besides sandwiches
In a food processor, grind up turkey into a thick paste amd add one or two cans of Campbells Cream Of Mushroom Condensed Soup, depending upon how much turkey is leftover. Usually one can of soup to two cups of turkey paste.
Roll out bisquit dough into a large square or rectangle 1/4-inch thick, and spread turkey/mushroom paste all over and covering the whole bisquit dough.
Carefully roll up the paste in the dough to make a log, and then slice the log into 1/2-inch wide pinwheels.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet same as you would bake plain bisquits.
Serve covered with a gravy of hot Campbell’s Cream Of Chicken Condensed Soup, diluted with milk as per instructions on can, and with 4-oz. stick of melted butter mixed with the soup ….., and with cranberry sauce on the side, of course.
