Speaking of science, is anyone interested in how Kool-Aid works? Well, I’m not a scientist, but I can point to the effects of drinking Kool-Aid.

The fact that Obama had to join an insane black church to get African-American “street cred” makes me puke too. We all know he doesn’t believe in that nonsense.
The entire premise of this article seems mistaken (click bait? on Slate? The horror!). It seems the interviewer asked Obama a different question:
“Senator, if one of your daughters asked you—and maybe they already have—“Daddy, did god really create the world in 6 days?,” what would you say?”
He was answering a religious question to a religious institution (and answered it in a way that I’ve heard other Christians-Evolutionists approach the question).
I don’t believe one would get the same answer if the question was about the literal age of the earth.
This isn’t journalism – it’s a poor attempt to create equivalencies where there are none.
I think the consensus is that this is false equivalence between Obama’s theologizing and Rubio’s dog whistle to anti-science zealots.

We need to start answering these gotcha questions with monosyllables. “Do you believe that God created the earth in 6 days?” “No.” “Would you expand on that answer?” “No.” “Do you believe in the existence of God?” “Yes.” “So you believe He created the earth?” “No.”
See how easy that is? And if they ask a question that is not answerable as yes or no: “What is your position on evolution?” “Scientific.” “What does that mean?” “Scientific.” “But what do you mean by scientific?” “Science.”
“Do you support a women’s right to choose?” “Yes.” “So you’re saying she can terminate her pregnancy?” “No.” “But it’s the same thing.” “No.”
Just make sure you end the propagandist attack with “Thanks for the interview. I look forward to another talk.”
Get the libturds so crazy that they stop asking questions like this.
