Just you making an appearance, or a phone call, or a text message, or an email, or any kind of contact whatsoever, regardless of the content, is enough to show impropriety. Your existence as a public servant demands that other public servants recognize YOU. And if there is any way for them to provide a favor, requested or not, they will do so just to ensure your patronage.

Even if you hold a press conference and say, in public, that your spouse or child or whatever relative is getting a ticket and you think they should be judged like any other citizen, you have still influenced the court just by your appearance.

What you do is to STFU and let the chips fall where they may. And you tell your wife or child or relative to NOT drop your name to receive special treatment. My oldest son is an adult. I’ve told him that if he lands in jail, I’m not bailing him out. If he wants out, don’t do something that will get you there in the first place.

I’m not surprised at Filthydelphia’s ticket-fixing. After all, it’s a Democrat Party bastion of socialism. From South Philly’s cheesesteak-eating “Yo Adrianne’s” to the Northeast’s “Ac-uh-me’s” to the West Philly’s “yo, gimme yo fuckin’ wallet, Whitey” – the entire city is a festering pustule on America’s backside.

But what really surprised me is that the Filthydelphia Inquirer, a Gannet-owned asswipe of a LibTard fishwrapper, would actually have reporters and editors with the ethics and credibility to report the political affiliation of each of the story’s corrupt officials. Democrat, Democrat, Democrat, Democrat…..not one Republican was among the corrupt officials.

Thanks jclady…but that fast slide was about the dimensions of trucks and the size and weight of money…almost a disclaimer…I figured that those that wanted to read all that would just pause it there. I almost deleted that slide. Point well taken.
