@RANDO — According to the powers that be it’s not a pop-up, it’s a pop-UNDER. It allows BFH to get more revenue, which is fine by me. I had originally blocked them but now allow them. If it keeps IOTW in clover, then BFH will keep the blog going.

Re: EBT cards. If I were a retailer, I think I’d chage a buyer’s premium for EBT purchases, either that or price all my merchandise at inflated EBT prices then give discounts for cash purchases. At least that way, I could recoup some of the money these takers have stolen from me and other working Americans.
