    Couldn’t watch it all. Here’s what I think I know about Defamation law suites. Real, Real hard to prosecute, real real real expensive to defend. He should just sand bag and let them spend their money.

    @Bad Brad — Isn’t defamation one of the suits brought against the BBC that was in the news today, the outcome of which resulted in the firing of some of their executives? Don’t have the details, but it was a big case that didn’t end well for BBC.
