Texas GOP Sues Texas Dems Over NAACP Behavior in Polls
Texas GOP Vote has the full press release:
In addition, we have seen the reports that many of you saw on Townhall.com, the Drudge Report, and local media regarding events at the Acres Homes polling location on Friday and the inappropriate behavior by the NAACP. Any means of pushing a candidate or issue within the boundaries of the polling site violates Texas law. It is a well-known and enforced law; therefore, there is little excuse for the NAACP regarding this behavior. Harris County has measures in place to assist voters who have difficulty standing and the NAACP should not cherry-pick which voters deserve to go first. Harris County runs the election process, not the NAACP. If the NAACP plans to have people around the polls, they should properly train them on what is legal and appropriate behavior just as the rest of us do with our workers. We urge the County Attorney Vince Ryan (D) to take appropriate action

The NAACP can dare to pull stuff in Harris County, which is Houston land. I would say they won’t dare in other parts of Texas.
Bring it to the Hill Country boys.

It’s a good thing the Smurfs from the UN are here to protect our polling places from those conservative groups.

We don’t worry about any intimidation tactics or voter fraud here in CA. 0bama has had CA locked up since 1992.

Conservative sniper teams should have been put in place to handle the “shit stains” as they appear.
The NBPP is back in Philadelphia as we speak. If nothing else, at least the threat of such activity would have altered their behavior.

The NBPP is also being reported doing the same door monitoring in Ohio. Unconfirmed reports say that ex Navy seals are on their way to both locations. (per twitchy) Anybody got a match?

About time. I’d like to see the Republican party sue the Democrat party for slavery, murder, KKK, lynchings, segregation, indian treaty violations, civil rights violations, and poll taxes.

Keyser beat me to posting the link about Philly Demonrats literally pushing out 70 Rep poll watchers. They had to get a court order and Sheriff’s Dept escorts to be allowed in.
AND the NBPP is back again, although without the billy club this time.
Meanwhile, the UN sends monitors to red states….
Notice too that the nearly 50 year old Voting Rights Act with it’s monitoring by the Federal Judiciary doesn’t apply to states where actual illegal activity is occurring.
