    We have a chocolate Labrador. They are wonderful, loving pets, as well as playful and obedient.

    My 3 year old Chocolate Lab is named Duke in honor of John Wayne. He weighs in at a paltry 105 pounds and if you tell him he’s going for a walk, he jumps into the air like Pepe le Pew. He loves everybody and thinks everyone wants to play with him. He digs up rocks out of our back yard and will get into the laundry and steal your socks.

    He is also one of the smartest dogs I have known.
