Avengers Director Joss Whedon Endorses Mitt Romney in Spoof Political Ad

When it comes to choosing a presidential candidate, you have to think of what they’ll bring to the table. And if it’s a zombie apocalypse you want, then you should vote for Mitt Romney, according to filmmaker Joss Whedon.

The Avengers director released a spoof video endorsing the Republican candidate, saying, “Like a lot of liberal Americans, I was excited when Barack Obama took office four years ago. But it’s a very different world now, and Mitt Romney is a very different candidate.”

Why is he different, you ask?

Whedon says Romney is, “one with the vision and determination to cut through business-as-usual politics and finally put this country back on the path to the zombie apocalypse.”

He adds that Mitt’s election would “guarantee poverty, unemployment, overpopulation, disease, rioting—all crucial elements in creating a nightmare zombie wasteland.”

Whedon on Romney <—in case the video doesn’t show up. I am having trouble posting it.

It’s amazing such a creative guy like Whedon would submit to liberal hive mentality like the Borg (oops! mixing my sci fi references!) Well, Joss Whedon is a 青蛙操的流氓 (9) and needs to spend more time with Jayne.

Shepherd Book once said to me, “If you can’t do something smart, do something right.”

This isn’t the first time Joss Whedon has exposed himself as a leftist asshole.

“In this day and age, some networks would be incredibly skittish because the people who oppose a woman’s right to choose are very vocal and kind of creepy.” -Joss Whedon on Buffy getting an abortion

It’s funny because firefly is all about the underdogs taking on big government and staying off the goram grid!

Then again, sounds like he sold out to the alliance!

The premise of Firefly was th adventures of these characters after their rebellion against a totalitarian empire was lost.
One would think Mr. Whedon would be on our side.
BTW, all the zombies I’ve seen so far are domocrats.

Fine Josh, if you’re so liberal. Let’s take 90 percent of your earnings, valuables and posessions, and re-distribute it to the “zombies” which you speak. What party would you support then?

Question: Since Hollywood types support 0bama and his anti-capitalist socialist redistribution of property, why is there a warning against unauthorized distribution of their movies?

“Apocalypse” is the Greek word for “revelation” …

so he’s babbling about a “zombie revelation?”

What can the zombies possibly reveal to us?

    WTF?

SO glad I don’t waste money on movies :) Since I stopped watching them no one has insulted my intelligence, or mocked my beliefs, or made me want to puke, except Obama.

Let’s see if I got this right: An actor who got lucky off the talents his mommy and daddy endowed him with, who made so much money he can’t remember what it’s like to really want for anything, who apparently thinks his continuing employment is conditioned on acceptance by other actors who share the same basic circumstances, is telling people who aren’t actors that Mitt Romney is a terrible human being, despite having no knowledge of anything but acting? Is that about right?

This is one time I can say, “Nothing to see here, move along folks.” without sarcasm.
