    I have great difficulty in understanding this birth certificate.
    If JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN, was STILLBORN Then which BIDEN is vicepresident, also it states that he was born?
    20th november 1942, But he was not registered untill,
    21st november 1962, TWENTY YEARS LATER , WHY WOULD THEY WANT TO REGISTER A STILLBORN TWENTY YEARS LATER. ? This stinks of the OMEN.
