    Speaking of babies, I can’t say that I’m sad that George McGovern is finally dead. I disliked him intensely, because I believed that his positions on the war in southeast Asia prolonged those wars and got more of our soldiers killed by giving aid and comfort to our enemies. Now if Jane Fonda will just croak, too. I was ecstatic when Robert McNamara died two years ago.

    How was that for a segue?

    Oh good gracious! That is by far the best collection EVAH!!! That was so worth being late for church this morning… I have been up ALL night chasing a not so cute baby… ok maybe he was kinda cute too at first but by 4 or 5 am I just wanted to hem him up and stomp his guts out like he was Communist Muslim pedophile politician! (no one sp[ecifically, of course) But my wife has possibly one of the most severe cases of Musaphobia in history, so…
    Plus I’ve been outside since daybreak rushing to fix her greasy aggravating van before church, and now I’m greasy, tired, ill and extremely late! But those babies are so cute it’s like God knew I need a minute and was saying, ” Slow down My Son. I’ll still be there when you get there. In fact, I’m here with you now, and I’ll be in the truck with you on the ride! Just breathe. One thing at a time”.
