Massive study finds only 3.4% of American adults identify as LGBT
Ohhhhh. Poopycock. There are billions of gays, just ask them.
The new Gallup Poll of more than 121,000 adults, the largest of its kind on record, wass conducted during the past four months. It finds the percentage of self-reported LGBT Americans to be much smaller than a general impression derived from their presence in popular culture and their perceived influence in liberal American politics.
The special report found 3.4% of adult Americans publicly reporting themselves as personally identifying with those categories, 92.2% saying they do not and 4.4% refusing to say or claiming not to know.
Given the stigma often attached by some to those categories, some unknown portion of the Didn’t Say’s and No’s presumably are choosing to remain in the closet, holding down the LGBT number somewhat.
“This initial analysis,” Gallup reports, “reveals new insights into the composition of the LGBT community in the U.S. In particular, the findings challenge both media and cultural stereotypes to reveal that the LGBT population is in a number of ways not that different from the broader U.S. population.”

Look for gay marriage to pass in WA state. Supporters behind it *cough* must have a bottomless pit of cash because the print and TV ads are everywhere. Well done with just enough guilt.
The counter to them say you can vote against gay marriage and shouldn’t be afraid to because “they” can’t gain access to the voter rolls-really.
I wonder-if they get gay marriage-what’s next? What will I have to accept next? Ugh. Guess I will find out. I’m sure it will pass.

old_oaks, To Late. Sometime you need to try the Cali Delta. Flippin heavy cover for Quality Bass, my PB is a 12.8. We get bored there it’s Clear Lake. Only natural lake in Cali. Average depth is 8.5 feet. Has an algae bloom you can walk on and grows huge freaken bass. Biggest stringer on the Bass Masters was pulled out of Clear Lake Cali. It’s a sin the Libs have screwed up such an awesome place.

Okay so let me get this straight (pun intended), only 3.4% of Americans are LGBT or whatever the fark the PC term is now. Yet Libtards are bringing in yet another HUGE group of people they have made to feel as victims so we can spend major amounts of our tax dollars in courts all the way up to the Supreme Court defending them.
3.4% gets 93.4% of the Nation’s attention when there are terrorists trying to blow us up, a failed economy, America’s credit rating dropped to AA the first in our history, unemployment at huge levels, more people on food stamps than ever before, homes foreclosing, property values dropping, gas prices rising more and more, and a whole laundry list of other ailments this country may never recover from. I’m glad these “Intellectual” Liberal Elites in DC have their priorities in check!
I wonder how many Americans identify as NJGUL (No Job Gave Up Looking) or LMJH/VTMO (Lost My Job and Home/Vote This Man Out)? I am sure a helluva lot more than LGBT!

3.4% of 314,606,952 = 10,696,636.37
