“Fog of War” is a reference to the chaos of multiple battles in a total war setting that, in reality, never go as planned. It refers to the confusion that every battlefield commander faces, and one of many challenges competent leaders must overcome.
When Hillary’s ambassador was attacked, raped, and slaughtered, it was in a single attack that was predicted days in advance. The country may be in a pseudo-state of war, but not so much that the ambassador required any security.
In other words, if her claim of “Fog of War” is to be believed, then she must answer the question: “Why did you have an ambassador in a war zone without any security?”

Carlo nailed it. By the time she was notified there were problems, there was time to make counter moves. She didn’t. She could have relocated her people. She didn’t. She let events progress until there were no options to save their lives.
This would bring disgrace and excoriation unto a combat commander. She had people in a war zone. Doesn’t this make her a commander? She failed, and that does indeed happen. It should have consequences. I fuckin’ doubt it will.

Hilliary jumping under the bus for “her sacred honor” and taking blame, is a well designed ploy.
Immediately after, or during the debate tonight, Obama will absolutely absolve Hilliary of any wrong doing and take the blame completely upon himself, then fire a couple underlings for not properly making him aware of the situation in a timely manor. Then he will take full credit for the failure and repent his sin to the American people, and ask for forgiveness with their support for his second term.
The undecideds will flock to him and Romney will be crushed in 3 weeks.
