    Wouldn’t it have been a great moment for Joe to be laughing for no reason while rolling his eyes and throwing his hands in the air for Ryan to stop, look at him and to say, very seriously “Joe, are you feeling ok?” No matter what Biden says for the rest of the debate the audience will be looking at his mannerism’s rather than listening to what he’s saying and I’ll be that the opinion after the debate would be:

    Ryan Won: 49%
    Biden Won: 22%
    Biden Stroked: 14%
    Biden off Meds: 15%

    Ann nails it again. The guy lied about voting for the wars. The guy lied about Benghazi. The guy lied constantly, it had nothing to do with dementia. The guy is a perfect match for Obama, two sociopaths that could care less about anyone but themselves and their historic significance.
