    Carlos, that mansion is being bought by his “friends.” Who obviously don’t have much faith in the chances of his re-election, otherwise they’d wait four years.

    OTOH, They want to spend now when $35 Million will buy a mansion, instead of being a tip you’d leave at Cracker Barrel. (Cracker?? That’s raciss!)
