… another, even wilder possibility: If the House ends up deadlocked in choosing a president, then the candidate the Senate chooses as vice president would be sworn in as commander in chief. In other words, this scenario could produce a President Biden.

This is my 10th presidental election. In probably half of them I’ve heard the electoral tie scenario, but not one has happened.
Here’s my scenario:
Romney wins with with 350 electoral votes, including CA. But the CA vote is so close that the brain-dead knuckle-dragging libtards demand a recount, even though it will not change the outcome of the election. The taxpayer money is spent on the recount, CA is found to go for Obama so the koolaidians rejoice, Romney is inaugurated as President on January 20, 2013, and the libtards in CA wonder why.

In spite of the fact that Obama only has 48 percent support in California, and losing more, I doubt he’ll get California.
He’ll get the states in the Northeast, Minnesota, Washington state, Oregon, and Hawaii, and probably New Mexico, but I agree the rest will be going red.
