And on Oct. 11, 2002, Biden voted for a resolution authorizing unilateral military action in Iraq, according to the Washington Post.

Apparently Joe doesn’t understand the difference between a weapon and a delivery system.
Yes, Joe, if they get 3 kg of enriched Uranium, they can build a weapon.
Or they could buy a tactical nuclear device from Putin. Total weight ~150 lbs. and fits in a 155 mm tube.
