Dem Won’t Say the Pledge
So, she doesn’t believe in the constitution either, I suppose, you know, with all that mumbo jumbo about our rights deriving from our “creator.”
Maybe she thinks the “creator” is FDR.

So, I guess every time ‘God’ is mentioned in official government documents then it’s a prayer?
Guess that whole ‘Declaration of Independence’ thing is out the window then.
Wonder if she refuses to participate in Thanksgiving Day? Libtard pretzel logic.

people like this should be forced to work at the local food bank/pantry for a week. let them see for themselves just how fucked up this country really is.
Afterwards tell them..this is all YOUR fault that people in our community are starving because they can’t make ends meet.

It’s O.K. I won’t give the gutless, lying pig in the White House the respect the office of President deserves either. It’s against my religion.

Piss be upon her, let her decision stand as a warning to anyone that loves this country more than what ever she is beholding to.

We have a friend who just got his green card-he and his family are from Switzerland.
He went to parent/teacher night at his school and was very proud to share with us that his son says the Pledge of Allegiance every morning in his 2nd grade homeroom. The teacher requires it.
I think anyone who disses the flag, the Constitution and the Pledge should spin a wheel to see what 2nd or 3rd world country they’ll spend a year living in outside of the US. Not so romantic then I suspect.

It is truly a shame that we have Representatives in our Government with such a warped sense of what “God” in the “Pledge” is about. Here is a little history.
The Pledge of Allegience originated on Columbus Day 1893. There was no reference to the Almighty God.
On April 22, 1951, in New York City, The Knights of Columbus adopted a resolution to amend the Pledge by adding the words “under God” after the words “one nation.” They petitioned the President, the Senate, and the House of Representatives.
In a message to Supreme Knight Luke E. Hart, on August 17, 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower conveyed the following:
“We are particularly thankful to you for your part in the movement to have the words “under God” added to our Pledge of Allegience. These words will remind Americans that despite our great physical strength, we must remain humble. They help us keep constantly in our minds and hearts the spiritual and moral principles which alone give dignity to man, and upon which our way of life is founded. For the contribution which your organization made to this cause, we must be genuinely greatful.”
In August, 1954 the National American Legion Comvention adopted a resolution whereby recognition was given to the Knights Of Columbus, and on October 6, 1954, 58 years ago today, the resolution was adopted.
Some years later The Knights of Columbus added “born and unborn” to the Pledge.
K of C Pledge of Allegience:
I pledge allegience to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation, under God,indivisible with liberty and justice for all, born and unborn.
