Here’s an idea:
DO NOT shoot the moose-limb terrorist talibaners at night when you are watching them plant an IED.
DO blast every IED you can find. Blast them in the daytime. Blast them at night. But, above all blast them with extreme prejudice when they’re being transported. (Even if it’s from the rattle-trap pickup to the side of the road)
That way you are not killing taliban at all. You are SAVING innocent lives by destroying a very dangerous explosive.
