    but seriously folks,
    It’s all about taxpayer funding of PBS. I don’t watch it. Why should I pay for it? Plenty of folks pledge to fund it in their annoying drives what seems to be five or six times a year. So, Tell big bird to shove his big beak up his big bird ass if he don’t like us paying his(whatever) big bird way.

    I know the implication is that if the taxpayers quit funding PBS it would be the death knell for Big Bird – but that premise is catagorical bullshit.

    PBS makes enough off The Muppets to fund the whole thing, and they know it – more mendacity.
