Black Teacher Berates Student For Wearing a Romney T-Shirt Calling It Akin To Wearing a KKK Shirt

Home - by - October 4, 2012 - 07:34 America/New_York - 28 Comments

This teacher needs to be fired. Immediately.

A uniform-free “dress-down” day at Charles Carroll High School in Port Richmond turned into a public dressing down for a student who chose to wear a pink T-shirt supporting Mitt Romney for president.

Samantha Pawlucy, a sophomore at Carroll High, said her geometry teacher publicly humiliated her by asking why she was wearing a Romney/Ryan T-shirt and going into the hallway to urge other teachers and students to mock her.

“I was really embarrassed and shocked. I didn’t think she’d go in the hallway and scream to everyone,” Pawlucy said. “It wasn’t scary, but it felt weird.”

Pawlucy said she decided to wear the shirt after researching the candidate and President Obama and concluding that she’s a Romney supporter. Her father, Richard Pawlucy, said she was especially interested in Romney’s opposition to partial-birth abortion.

He said he recently registered to vote as an independent but was not involved in the Romney campaign.

Samantha Pawlucy The teacher then allegedly called a non-teaching assistant into the room who tried to write on the t-shirt with a marker. She allegedly told to remove her shirt and she would be given another one.

During the incident, Samantha Pawlucy said the teacher told her that Carroll High is a “Democratic school” and wearing a Republican shirt is akin to the teacher, who is black, wearing a KKK shirt.

The teacher must really have an intensive daily lesson plan for the class if she has time to belittle a student over a tee shirt and then follow that up out into the hallway.

And class doesn’t start until after teach finishes her KFC.

Unfortunately, since she’s a government employee AND a teacher backed by the teachers union this will happen…

It will be dealt with INTERNALLY, so no comments will be made by school or state officials.

The teacher will be moved to another school in the district as close to her original school until the “investigation” is over.

The student will continued to be harassed and ostricized then will be forced out of that school system because the harrasment will continue from other union teachers in that district.

The parents and family will be forced to move out of that district meaning new jobs and a financial burden.

They will sue that the girls freedom of speech was violated (where will the ACLU be on this?), which will take years to resolve.

It may be settled out of court monetarily with the condition that none of the case is no longer persued and the terms undisclosed.

The teacher and the powerful union will continue to spout their progressive ideas to the children.

Guess the “educator” never heard of that thing called the Bill of Rights.

I’m also looking forward to the day an “educator” tries something like this with my child.

Isn’t attempting to write on her person with a marker assault? Vandalism?

    An aside:

I once had a ‘teacher’ in high school tell me that because I wasn’t 18 yet, I wasn’t entitled to Constitutional rights such as free speech.

No kidding. My dad had a few free words with her…

Fired? Nah. Never happen. He/she should be required to make a public apology, as DemocRATs seem to place great stock in those. While you can’t embarass a ‘RAT, you CAN shame one.

A more accurate T-shirt would be to put the word ‘BABYKILLER’ with an image of our infanticidal president. Another idea is ‘SCHMUCK’ and Joe Biden’s portrait.

    ROMNEY | RYAN | 2012!

P.S. Mitt Romney blew Obama’s doors open last night.

Somewhere I heard Barry-O has lost 30% of the black vote, anyone got stats to back that up?

(Due to the gay marriage thing plus the fact that blacks aren’t dumb and realize he’s done nothing for them…)

Ahhhh, Philadelphia the cradle of Democracy. When you read the whole story something else comes out and that is a bunch of the kids went after her (the student) for snitching on her teacher. Great, the rep/gangsta crowd strikes again. This teacher should be fired and fired publically, None of the usual “retired” or “leaving for other oppotunities” crap. Maybe it would make other teachers think twice about injecting their politics into education.

Ya know, the sad fact of the matter is that the bad old days that most of our black brothers and sisters constantly are harping on also included all people of color; Asians, Hispanics, Native Americans, etc., not just black folks, but it seems that the other flavors have found a way to move on and enjoy life.

I’ve been trying to be friendly and explaining why this whole t-shirt thing in Philadelphia is more on a testament to how we all use things like this to just “drive by” then speed off like nothing ever happen when do we examine why would a Public School Teacher in Philadelphia would be in hostile to a student in a Romney t-shirt? Do we know whats been going on in the Commonwealth in regards to education alone? Even if you don’t like the school you HATE the city that it in. Both the student and teacher quality of life is greatly threaten and under attack in so many ways that I could explain but its almost to the point of “why me worry?” I say that due to there will be groups of Americans that will never get these places and how they work no matter how much people try to explain in so may ways “I matter too” even if I live in Philadelphia

@seattle snow; that’s not the question that should be asked. The question is why a teacher who is injecting her political agenda in school life and bullying a student is still employed as a teacher. Don’t try to troll this into something it’s not.

I’m wondering if seattle snow is referring to the absolute corruption happening in Philly with regard to the education system. The system is “managed” by black power types riding around in limousines and dressing like Malcolm X. Millions of dollars have just vanished and since the city’s population is 97 percent lowest common denominator, it is allowed. I wish this girl would have used some black belt magic and dragon kicked this pear shaped teacher in the lips. Just sickening what has happened to the Democratic party. Now made up of ghoulish twit soccer moms in Marin and their black shock troops who run to the polls asking “How does I vote for that bahma”. 97 percent of black folk vote for the black guy? No racism there, not a drop.
