    It’s a proven fact that drivers will turn their heads to look at a traffic stop and their vehicle will turn as well. I had a friend injured making a traffic stop in that manner.

    Wow. Unbelievable. There’s a new law in New York. When you see a stopped patrol car, with lights flashing, slow down and pull to the next lane if possible, but slow to fuck down. $300 fine. Good law.
