Romney Vindicated: On Libya, Obama Shot First, Didn’t Ask Questions
President Obama accused Mitt Romney of shooting first and asking questions later when responding to violence unfolding in the Middle East. But a quick review of the timeline, and the White House’s “evolving” explanation for the attacks on the Benghazi consulate are beginning to make it clear that Obama’s the one who’s guilty of speaking too soon.
“Let’s be clear, these protests were in reaction to a video that had spread to the region,” White House press secretary Jay Carney said on Sept. 14.
Secretary Clinton, during the transfer of remains ceremony the same day: “We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over n awful Internet video that we had nothing to do with. It is hard for the American people to make sense of that because it is senseless, and it is totally unacceptable.”
The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations continued this spurious and completely uninformed messaging: ”Based on the best information we have to date … it began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo, where, of course, as you know, there was a violent protest outside of our embassy sparked by this hateful video.”
Now, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says that the 9/11 attack was not only carried out by terrorists, but it was also pre-meditated. So much for that “spontaneous reaction to a YouTube video.”
What Obama attacked Romney for — speaking before the facts were known — is precisely what the administration wound up doing for the subsequent two weeks.

The problem with being a narcissist is, all you look at, all you see is YOU YOU YOU. Naturally, Obama, when he criticizes another person is actually leveling the charge at himself because he is all he sees.
What is scary and very very sad is that this narcissist is responsible for the current threat to our national security, to our sinking standing in the world, and, to quote Biden, LITERALLY responsible for the deaths of countless Americans — both civilian and military.

This was an opportunity for Romney to make the case, to make a speech, to make at least an argument about how the policy of this administration, which essentially [is] apology and appeasement, has simply been tried and not worked. Instead, Romney made one statement about the Cairo embassy dispatch, in which I think that Romney was correct, but he was savagely attacked by the media over that even though it was vindicated when the Obama administration said the exactly the same thing. It was an awful statement a little bit later.
But after that one-off hit, there was no speech, there was no attempt to connect. The Romney people will say, ‘Well, that’s because it’s all about the economy. Everyday spent on other is a distraction.’ But what they don’t understand is that if you give a speech on foreign affairs you become presidential. That gives you stature.
The problem that Romney has is the fact that people don’t see him as a leader or sort of endowed stature when they see him. That was an opportunity that was missed and it remains missed. It’s a mystery why Romney can’t seize the moment on this.”

I don’t think so Tim… What Obama did was speak a lie before he knew if he could supress the truth or not. But then again, it doesn’t matter because the media is as much at war with The Laws and People of The United States as Islam is! If the media were loyal US Citizens who made honest efforts to fulfill their role as objective journalists, they would investigate Obama lying to the American people. If they were loyal US Citizens who were just biased toward a loyal Democrat Party, they would investigate why The Obama was allowed to make that damning statement without ensuring that all future “Official” statements would corroborate his statement. But they are all non-combat enemy operatives actively engaged in subversion and sedition against The Constitution and the Republic! ALL should be investigated and tried for treason and those found guily by a jury of their peers be publicly executed and stripped of their `citizenship… or at least exiled to one of the muzloid or Communist countries to which they have aided and comforted!!!
