    He’s either a Democrap or Gay – Either way the media would not provide that kind information. If he’s a gay Democrat (seems redundant) they’ll probably drop the charges and sue FOX for running the story! If he was a Republican it would have started with “A Republican lawmaker……”

    Pause the video at 1:27. It’s his CA license plate. It says:

    A 72 R 1

    The A is CA State Assembly and that’s District 72. The “R” means Retired and the “1″ after it means the first of multiple cars this person has on this special plate.

    How many people, do you think, that watched this video and did not know the party affiliation of the offender, because it was not given, assumed the “R” stood for Republican?

    @Sarge — Why do you think that’s in the law? So these drunk politicians can stonewall until the two hours are up. Then when they do provide the test, their lawyer can argue it was after two hours. Not guilty!

    The law should say you have 15 minutes to make a decision, after that time, you will be strapped to a table and blood will be drawn.

    I’d say Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes have some ass-kicking to do.

    They should require that any Fox affiliate local news outfit reporting on politicians report right up front what party the politician or former politician is from and any NGO Non-Gummintal Organization be reported honestly as left-wing or right-wing.
