Here in CA there is a law that says the Attorney General has to have been a practicing lawyer for the previous 5 years before the election. Jerry Brown hadn’t practiced law for like 15 years and was elected and nary a discouriging word was heard.

Brown will probably decide this isn’t worth the effort. If Warren had this dirt on Brown, she’d be screaming from the mountain tops and the MA State Bar would run ads every 5 minutes decrying this reprehensible behavior…by a Republican.

By the way, has anyone asked the MA State Bar what their official position is about scab labor?

so this gal teaches law at harvard, was “of counsel” on a legal brief on behalf of a client (travelers insurance) and received monies for her legal services on a matter in ma. at a minimum, travelers is entitled to a refund. no license? no wages. the law.
