    I’d like to see Charles Krauthammer vs. O’Really, Skewart, colmes, the racist M. L Hill from Temple U and rivers all at once in a real, moderated debate, where overtalking, screaming and running on were controlled by a real moderator. He’d demolish them all single handedly and in short order. THAT would be worth watching! I think O’Really is nearly as pathologically narcissistic as the occupant is.

    As much as I can’t stand the guy, he’s like the gateway to FNC for sanctimonious “centrists” or Indies who probablyl wouldn’t watch FNC at all. For that reason I say let him stay…for the moment. When his pal, barry, loses in a few weeks (yeah, only a few more weeks!) then watch him veer sharply right or see his numbers fall off radically.

    If they really wanted the big ratings they’d get Palin to debate him. Conservatives would tune in to watch Palin dismember him while the Libs would tune in thinking that Stewart would make mincemeat out of that dumb woman only to watch a bloodbath with their hero as the guest of honor. In any event I wonder whether they’ll take away Stewarts two main weapons, making funny faces and sounds and the trained seals that make up his audience.

    O’Reilly is so arrogant and oblivious to the world around him that he doesnt even realize that Stewart is only doing this as a joke. I can’t stand him either, but O’Reilly lives in a bubble where he’s the most intelligent and important person on the planet.
