    I still don’t understand why claiming military honors is not felony fraud. If a person puts these lies on resumes and job applications or does interviews with the media that enhance the individuals social status and leads to monetary offers won’t that be fraud?

    Had a dude in basic with me that done this. During a weekend pass. Boy went to an Army Navy surplus store and bought a couple of ribbons. Drunk up and at an off post watering hole, he ran into one of the drills. He just couldn’t explain how he was awarded a medal. For an action that happened before he was born. Needless to say. For the remainder of his stay at FT Dix. He had a less pleasant experience than the rest of us.

    ’cause the SC SAID so, that’s why …free speech… 1st amendment ..the same way they puked up the nonexistant “right” for a 10 yo girl to be driving across state lines after being statutorially RAPED and being given an abortion WITHOUT her parent(s) knowledge (…the hell with permission/consent) and being driven back across state lines to her home or school as though NOTHING ever happened.

    the lefties typical extremely disingenuous redefinition of rights as per the 1st Amendment to benefit their side/agenda.
