A GOP-controlled board in Kansas is trying to decide whether to remove President Obama from the state ballot over objections about his birth certificate.
The State Objections Board — consisting of three of the state’s top Republican elected officials — ruled Thursday it did not yet have enough information and postponed a decision until Monday.
“I don’t think it’s a frivolous objection,” Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach told the Topeka Capital-Journal.

Sounds like Kobach is leading the charge, right? “Anti-birthers” would glean from this article that Koback is “a nut.” And “birthers“ would think Kobach is an ally.

Late Thursday, Kobach told TPM in an email conversation that he made his “frivolous objection” comment at the end of the meeting and was responding to a specific question.
“A ‘frivolous’ argument, in legal terms, is one that cannot reasonably be made under any circumstances,” Kobach wrote. “The objection passed that very low threshold, which is not saying much.”

The media stopped supporting Obama a long time ago. They are propping him up because of THEM. They are his biggest cheerleaders because they went all in on Obama in 2008 and to save their own reputation, they have to make him look better than he is so that they don’t look like the biggest douchiest dupes.

Remove 0bama from the ballot and have his legal team rush there to fight it in federal court. Then have another state remove him. When they have to hire more lawyers, have another state do it. And so on. A plan like this works best if you attack, pause, attack, pause, attack…because they will be responding to you. And he can’t use public money for this; he must use his own. So in court, you file discovery motions to determine who is financing him. Bust his chops.
Pretty soon, the date to print the ballots is upon the states and they print them without Barry’s name, because he hasn’t proven his case. If the judge orders the printing to be halted or to go forward with 0bama’s name on them, you do what 0bama did; you disregard the judge and continue. Be in contempt. Fine. You hold a presser and tell everyone that 0bama spent his time on procedural arguments and not evidentiary ones. So you had no alternative but to remove him from the ballot and commence printing to meet the November 6th deadline.
Period.

I cannot tell if this muslim sympathiser is deliberately weakening America’s position, or if he is in over his head? Probably both and either way, not good. The mainstream media is entitling Obama with a pass for which we are paying for. They continue to prop him up and provide cover as they irrationally attack discerning points of view — like the extremists we are at war with. It’s ridiculous.

@Navigator — Good point. But being that he is so narcissistic, he’s probably in over his head. He thinks the muzloids will listen to him but it’s just mob rule over there right now. Even in the best of times it’s not much better. The muzloids are taking advantage of him and Jarrett but they think everything is working fine.
Of course, this and the teachers’ strike could be the October surprise. He “fixes” each just before the election. If it looks like that is going to happen, hell, I’ll produce the sequel to the movie and send copies to muzloids.

We haved proven obamas “birth certificate” is a manufactured document, we have proved obama is using a dead mans ss #. We have proved obama selective service document has been manipulated. We have proved this mans history is a total fraud, so once again i ask what is the point of this post?
