SCARBOROUGH ACCUSES MSNBC’S FILL-IN HOSTS OF RUNNING ‘MARXIST VARIETY HOUR’
Although some accuse MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough of leaning too far to the left to be considered a “true conservative,” at least this much can be said about him: He has a breaking point when it comes to over-the-top comments made by those truly in the liberal fold.
For instance, MSNBC contributor Mike Barnicle on Wednesday suggested the Department of Justice should prosecute inflammatory Florida pastor Terry Jones because he’s somehow responsible for the recent attacks on the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
“Given this supposed ‘minister’s’ role in last year’s riots in Afghanistan, where people died, and given his apparent or his alleged role in this film, where, not yet nailed down, but at least one American, perhaps the American ambassador is dead, it might be time for the Department of Justice to start viewing his role as an accessory before or after the fact,” said Barnicle.
Because if a crowd riots and murders four people, a guy who may or may not have made them angry is pretty much responsible too, right?
