Rush: Don’t be fooled by the media trying to dispirit you

The Right Scoop

Rush’s opening segment today is just what the doctor ordered. He opened his radio show very animated over what he sees as the media working overtime to try and dispirit Americans and crown Obama the victor in this election, and he’s never seen them work so hard at it. But Rush says don’t be fooled because nothing has changed from 2010 and more people are fed up with Obama than the media would have you believe.

Oh, yes. They’re just repeating the lies as often as they can in hopes enough will believe them.

Am ordering a coupla cases tea tomorrow. Love the blueberry!

God bless Rush for doing yeoman’s work in support of America for nearly 30 years now. (He’s a national hero, flaws and all.)

But one worry is the recent IBD/TIPP poll (which have been the most accurate for years now), they are done by Investors Business Daily. They found that Obama’s support REMAINS at 46% of voters vs Romney’s 44%. Encouragingly, Romney’s support has risen from 39%, but Obama’s has not come down from a consistent 46% (despite all that we’ve seen this year).

Obama’s goon squad of supporters is strident. They expect their share of whatever they fancy is theirs.

Obama has lost support by droves. And is there ANYone who likes him more NOW than in 2008?

The Obama propagandists are totally lying, and they will keep it up until they make the lie come true. *If* we let them. We must not lose heart. Keep the faith. Keep challenging the lies.

Times like this I am so glad we have each other. Thank you Cardigan, Fur, and everyone here.

Our side is still not in 100% support of Romney and, when asked, will say so. But on Election Day, when push comes to shove, they will vote for him.

As I recall, polls are taken of land-line telephone owners. How many of us does that still include?

That’s a great point. Obama’s popularity has decreased dramatically since he took office. That doesn’t translate into increased voter support.

I cringe even when I hear Rush say “There’s no way that this is over” in his most pleading voice.

Fact: The polls are skewed. If the 2010 Tea Party election and Wisconsin revolution didn’t convince you to ignore skewed polls, you have a long 56 days of hand wringing, worry and pleading to look forward to.

Watch Rasmussen, quit worrying and get out and vote on 11-6.

Have the JournoFrauds even attempted to explain how we’ve moved from R+7 in an actual election, to D+10 in polling, in a mere year and a half?

    Anyone?

If it takes a sample of D+10 to get the stuttering clusterfluke to 45%, just where will he be with an election that’s R+7?

I’ve only seen one Obummer/Biteme bumper sticker, and when I saw who was driving the car I just laughed. Rush is right, the media has been exposed for what they are – just look at their ratings. I see victory in November, Obummer is the worse hated President ever, and the Mooch the worst hated woman in the White House. I won’t say first lady because she doesn’t deserve to be called anything but “The Mooch.”

Polls are worthless and, IMHO, should not be allowed. They are not an accurate indication of how people feel. They can be made to support whatever the pollster wants them to support. They sway public opinion, they don’t reflect it.

It’s voter intimidation. They try to make you feel stupid or out of the norm for thinking against what the poll tells you to think.

As much as I love free speech, I think a poll is bullying at its worst……

@ya sure: Rasmussen was #1 in final poll accuracy before the ’08 election. I love IBD but they were #15.

The liberal polls (Pew) are only concerned with the final one as their reputation is based on how close they come to predicting the winner and the spread. They will skew to their hearts delight and as election day nears start to narrow the skew.

    1T. Rasmussen (11/1-3)**

    1T. Pew (10/29-11/1)**

    15. IBD/TIPP (11/1-3)

@Boobie: Even when I had a land line phone, I let the answer machine screen the calls.

Even before answer machines, I’d just hang up on the mf’ers.

On the other hand, Obama voters feel special that someone is asking their opinion. They’ll give out their SS# and mother’s maiden name to claim their long lost Nigerian oil well royalties.

Taking reports all day from these idiots, I concur with you. They will believe any scam that comes their way. Then they want the police, bank, taxpayers, someone else to make it “right” for them again….
