    If my memory is working, 01/07 was the first month of a Dem House & Senate. Looks like crap went downhill after that.

    I can vouch for the participation rate. I’ve been running an add for the last 2 weeks and nobodies participating. I think they are all home sitting on the couch collecting Obama Bucks.

    The second chart is way more relevant than the “8%” crap that’s reported by the LSM.

    I’m a firm believer in “line graphs”. Any idiot can interpret them. Romney and Ryan should use these visual aids extensively in the campaign.
    People laughed at Ross Perot, but IMHO, it was his charts and graphs that were responsible for the effect he had.

    The problem with graphs is that they are just statistics. And everyone knows that statistics are just lies told a different way.

    Like the ‘jobless’ rate is 8.1%. It’s just a horseshit number. How in the world can 345,000 people drop out of the workforce and gaining only 96,000 jobs translate to 8.1% ‘jobless’ rate, down from 8.3% last month? What? Did only 500,000 drop out before with 125,000 new jobs last month?

    No, it’s all horsecrap. They’re cooking the numbers. We all know unemployment is much higher.

    Like Obysmal and the rest of the proglodytes will say, “The chart’s just being held upside down. Who you gonna believe? Me, or your lying eyes?”

    Sadly, there are too many out there that are eating up the crap he’s shoveling.

    The rot was in place well before that. At the risk of mixing metaphors, the economy has been a house of cards – built on a foundation of leverage and more leverage – for decades. The Dems being in charge might have hastened and worsened the collaspe, but they didn’t cause it.
