A Two-Point Change in the Polls is Not a ‘Bounce’ — Especially With the Undercover Media Cognoscenti in the Tank

No Bounce For Obama

President Obama has seen at most a two or three point change in the polls from two weeks ago, in the days just before the GOP convention. Frankly, the changes are practically imperceptible. The polls are basically where they were in early August, when Mitt Romney selected Paul Ryan as his running-mate —

The RED, TAMPA Bay Buccaneers just beat the BLUE, CHARLOTTE (Carolina) Panthers.

Is that a predictor for November?

You mean with Romeny ahead by 20 points and the liberal press working hand in hand with the liberal pollsters to lie about it?

Here’s a funny clip from Comedy Central on Obama, narrated by Larry David … Enjoy:)

“Socialist tyrants always promise to lift everyone up to a higher level in order to achieve “equality,” but reality suggests something very different. When they have finished with their social engineering and their economic tinkering, the net result is always to drag everyone down to poverty or, at best, mediocrity, and the Obama regime will be no exception.” ~ D. The MSM wants the race close, a] to boost advertising revenue, b] to avoid liberal complacency, c] to cover for voter fraud.

Polls at this point are meaningless. Use your gut, not what the talking heads and pollsters want you to believe – they have a dishonest agenda. The debates will separate the wheat from the chaff.

Monday morning now….they’re talking about 4 points now…but that’s all psy ops. EVERY MOVE Obama has made in the past month has been an unmitigated disaster (with the only “highlight” – Clinton’s speech – having had nothing to do with Obama…AND HOPEFULLY Romney will be smart enough to REMIND Americans that Obama is *no* Clinton).

Could still be close in the Electoral College, but we’ll just have to wait.

OMG OMG OMG…Obama *IS* Joe Biden! In Florida, he said manufacturers are making products that we sell around the world, marked with THREE proud words: “made in the U.S.A.”

Hmm, what polls are you watching? The average Obama lead is now three points and growing. It looks like the bounce will land somewhere between 5 and 8 points.

Look, if we want to beat this guy, we can’t tell ourselves fairy tales. By all public opinion accounts, and the evidence of my own aged, GOP eyes, the Republican convention was a boring bust for anyone who isn’t already among the converted, and some of us who are. It seems to have repelled many independent voters, the key to winning in November. The Dems’ convention, on the on the other hand, accomplished everything they could have hoped for, including bringing the indies back into the fold.

Mocking ain’t winning. We better face that we have an uphill battle before us. Our message is flat, our candidate is a wuss, his running mate speaks fluent nonsense and tells lies so embarrassing, I cringed for him.

I long for the days of Ronald Regan…
