    Funny…I, too, thought of the brother, living in a shanty in a slum in Nairobi. He was so desperate for medical treatment for his son that he appealed to Dinesh D’Souza.

    And then there’s the aunt with rotten teeth, who survives by selling coal on the streets in Kenya.
