Ousted Governor Attacks Romney in an Extremely Weird Way

The Daily Caller reports that Strickland, speaking at the DNC:
insinuated that former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is a foreigner at heart.
A presidential candidate “should keep both his treasure and his heart in the United States of America,” Strickland declared at the Democrats’ convention in Charlotte, N.C., just after he charged that Romney keeps his wealth overseas.
“On his tax returns, [Romney] is hiding,” Strickland continued, without offering evidence that Romney has deceived anyone about his annual tax bills.
“You have to wonder, just what is so embarrassing that he’s gone to such great lengths to bury the truth?” said Strickland, who was unseated in the GOP wave of 2010.

I’ve been wondering that myself, recently. Abortion certainly is a sure-fire way to get rid of your opponents/enemies, over the long run. Which is how Muslims (and Progressives) think–in terms of generations. Or non-existent generations, as the case may be.

I’m also from Ohio. Unslung Hero is correct; he mostly stayed out of the way and did very little.
But then again, when you’ve got a Dem in office that’s a good thing!
As I recall, the only thing he did that I liked was improve some of the CCW law here.

@Unslung Hero – as a Buckeye myself, while I agree on Strickland’s being a boring guy, he most certainly was not a do-nothing governor. Afterall, during his term, Ohio lost some 400,000 jobs!
Also, am curious how Strickland, who has his Master in Divinity, and served as a Methodist paster at one time, reconciles the Dems pulling God out of their platform.
