LL Cool J Takes Down Intruder at Studio City Home
STUDIO CITY, Calif. (KTLA) — Actor and rapper LL Cool J went toe-to-toe with an intruder at his Studio City home early Wednesday, reportedly breaking his nose and jaw.
Police were called to the star’s home in the 12000 block of Blairwood Drive around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, LAPD officials confirmed.
LL Cool J, whose real name is James Todd Smith, was apparently upstairs in his house and heard noise coming from the kitchen area.
When he went down to investigate, the suspect came at him, leading to the fight, police sources told the Los Angeles Times.
The sources described the altercation as a “knock-down, drag-out fight.”
