Uh Huh, I’m PARANOID!!!
After I wrote a blog post about the dhimming down of “the elite blogs” on their coverage of Islam, iOTW was excoriated in the comments at other blogs, particularly the ones I cited in the post, as delusional and paranoid.
Weasel Zippers readers took umbrage with my characterization that Zip was corporatizing his site, which meant that his editorializing was going to get a makeover.
I repeatedly said that WZ has every right to do whatever he wants, including making money. HE RUNS A GREAT SITE. One of the best. I like it. What I don’t like are whisper campaign that Atlas needs to be shunted off the landscape because “she makes the right look bad.”
People said I was full of excrement in making that statement and trying to tie it to Zip. Then Robert Spencer came along and published the e-mails between him and Zip showing that an actual conversation of this sort took place. But BigFurHat is “delusional.”
Ace of Spades routinely writes posts about Pamela Geller that are nothing but personal attacks from a self-described social cripple, and then his readers chime in with their echoing – whore, slut, crazy, shrill, Jew, harpy etc. It’s impressive what parrots can learn from their awkward master.
We reported a direct quote from Jessie Malkin – “We won’t link Atlas Shrugs on Twitchy.”
But this is all unsubstantiated speculation and delusion.
Well, just today, Matt Drudge linked to a CBS story about Geller’s Islamorealism ads running in Westchester County, NY. He linked about 5:20pm and the story was abruptly pulled at 6:30 pm.
All of the nitwits on AoS interpreted my blogpost as a “why doesn’t anyone link to Atlas?” whinefest. Of course, that is not what I was saying at all. My post can be summed up this way -
Am I whining ,”why doesn’t Drudge link to Atlas?”, or am I asking, “Why does Drudge link to a story about Atlas and then pull it within an hour?”
I’m sure this doesn’t concern morons. It probably never concerned any morons in Europe, either.
I’ll leave you with this:

Neither Spencer or Geller advocate doing anything about it, they talk here and there about limiting immigration and that’s it. Hey BFH, my posts will not go up here using my normal email. I am also having problems with my Disqus account posting on two different sites, HE and DC, using the same email. According to DC, I am not blocked, they asked me to try a few things but nothing helped. No answer from Disqus yet, 5 days. I am able to up vote people, but posts disappear on refresh.
Anyone else experiencing that?

If BigFurHat was wrong – I would bust his chops (he knows that). However, BigFurHat is 100% correct.
Drudge, Zippy, AoS, Malkin… et al are susceptible to the slow infection of Cultural Marxism cloaked in their chasing The Root of All Evil.
Maybe some of them would enjoy sending some of their 105 lb caucasian family or reporterettes into to ask the muslim murderers for ‘moderate’ clarification of their positions.
I’m sure if they knew how they are misunderstood, they would appreciate the opportunity to explain to the little light skinned stenographers what the real facts are.

This is the reason we read things like Das Kapital, Mein Kampf, Rules for Radicals, Dreams from My Father. We have to know how the enemy thinks. And if he’s stupid enough to tell us what he is going to do, then it is up to us to stop him.
This is why Pamela and Robert have immersed themselves into the study of the hell that is islam. Personally, I would probably go mad in about 6 months. But they have kept up the good fight. They listen to the muzloid “clerics” as they rant about killing non-believers.
Remember the Dishonorable Disclosures post? They talk about the value of intelligence in battle. Guess what Pamela and Robert are doing? They are scouring everything they can for all the intelligence regarding what the jihadis are going to do. And WHEN! I have been a fan of Geller for a long time. I watched her posts on YouTube, and later followed her on her site.
I can remember my introduction to the beheading of a Christian. I watched the video. It has has been about 5 years now. I remember the day. I can even remember the weather that day.
I lost something that day. It was my innocence lost. My naivete. Gone.
I saw true evil that day. I had no doubt. It was masquerading as a religion and demanding tolerance and submission.
But for me it was unmistakable and unforgettable.
It is a cult of death.
I thank her for opening my eyes. Though it is something I would have rather not seen.

I’m with cfm990. It takes a special dedication to deal with the evil of islam. Spencer, Geller, Gates of Vienna, BNI – they all manage it. Don’t know that I could. There’s no clorox shower for the inside of my head strong enough.
I don’t confine my reading, but I do confine my support.
And no, BFH, you’re not paranoid. Or if you are, I am too. I’ve noticed a definite change of tone about several issues on FNC and stopped listening to them for the most part. What is is – 20% ownership by some Saudi consortium?

Love Her.. Hate Her… Ya gotta admire her. I personally, love her. Truly, many concerns, are vexing to the conservative community. Yet, should Islamification be the least of them? Many countries, France notwithstanding, are learning the pratfalls of socialism. Yet, many more are being force fed, without too much force, Shariaism. We, in the conservative blogosphere, fixate on the lesser of the two evils. Would you rather be taxed for your success, or stoned for your insolence? Pamela sees a danger that goes beyond the monetary. A danger that bores deeply into the freedom of self. So ignore Atlas, as your financial needs dictate. But, in doing so, you may also be ignoring a danger to all that makes us free.

Well, it seems to me there’s the small issue of integrity. When you start cutting corners on that you necessarily have to start justifying why. It’s one thing to become overwhelmed by the gravity and facts of islamisization to the point of just giving it a rest and it’s quite another to denigrate someone for bringing the disagreeable facts to light. I don’t have a dog in this fight, though, because I’m not a regular reader of AoS, Twitchy or WZ.

I think the big issue is this with “the right”, there is this desire to not give the ammo of allegedly being a religious bigot. This being said, bigotry AGAINST Christianity is acceptable, however, bigotry against a Violent Theocracy disguised as a “religion” (namely Islam) is not acceptable. Once people are kowtowing to advertisers to tone down the truth about Islam or else they stop advertizing on your site, that is where it becomes problematic. Pamela Geller is right on concerning the truth about Islam, but I have my doubts about a lot of other people.

The reluctance, by some, to stand with Pam Geller does not just sit in the abstract.
Does anybody reading here have an estimate of exactly how long we must continue to go through the exercise of pretending that any of these events unfolding within the ideology of political islamist marxism actually constitute news?
There is zero satisfaction in being right about what Obama and his globalists actually intended to do; and which he clearly expressed he intended to do, down to and including his declaration that when push came to shove he, and they, would stand with the Islamists.
We have unconstitutional people in power, making decisions contrary to the security and welfare of the US (see amnesty by Executive Order). Yet, sit’s still ok with Congress. It’s still ok with the Joint Chiefs. It’s still ok with the Supreme Court. Our entire system of governance has become a rancid stinking mess from top to bottom.
If the current administration and all of their traitorous friends are not driven out of Washington by January, there will be absolutely nothing stopping them and Obama.
None of this is news.
The events Geller outlines, and the outcome of rancid hatred toward her, continue to unfold exactly as anyone could have anticipated.
This should not be news to anyone. Please don’t anyone from here say that you are shocked. The only people who should be genuinely shocked are those who have been calling *thinking Americans* extremists, liars and even hobbits for the last four years.

Like the person who claims to be a Christian but does not believe the deity of Christ, (yes, there are many) so it is with those who claim to be conservative and yet viciously attack true conservatives.
AoS and WZ, to mention just two, are the latter.
I would rather associate myself and stand with a few good men and women (BFH, Atlas, Spenser) than a host of of posers, who in the end would be my undoing.

As far as I’m concerned the biggest blight on the so-called conservative blogosphere is Ed Morrissey. That man has single handedly done more damage to the conservative cause than anybody else I can think of. Oh, there are a lot of runners up, but Ed is king when it comes to spineless, mealy mouthed, wimpy, verbose bullshit that passes for conservative thought on the internet.
Unfortunately, Ed Morrissey has had a significant influence on other bloggers. I swear if you put all the Beta Male Dickless Wonders in a room and had them drop trou they wouldn’t be able to come up with one set of balls between them.
Fucking cowards. It’s bad enough that they refuse to fight back, but it’s how they go out of their way to attack those who do fight back, whether it’s Robert and Pamela, or Rush and Mark and Sean, or their own commenters. They’re so fucking afraid of what some liberal will say about them. They kiss the ass of scum like Tommy Christopher and Ben Smith and hang on every word written by the Daves (Brooks, Frum, and Weigel).
