The Media’s War on Business – and Science – Gets Personal
For several years the hysterical, ratings-seeking media has waged a war on businesses that use bisphenol A (also known as BPA), a chemical found in water bottles, canned foods and even thermal cash-register tape. The media has succeeded in ignoring the science and instead stoked the public’s irrational fears by simply proving that traces of BPA can be found in your food. However, numerous studies by the FDA, CDC, World Health Organization, and European Food Safety Authority have found that BPA is easily and quickly metabolized, with no discernible human harm ever being identified.
With feigned outrage, the hysterical media points out that many studies on the safety of BPA are funded by companies who benefit from its production. But how would the media react if companies didn’t conduct studies on the safety of their products? Like their cohorts on the Left, the media is committed to painting businesses as evil and greedy. One researcher from the University of Missouri smugly told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, “They are simply protecting their product.”

The war on business is in step with the relentless Watermelon political activity on Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming, media and political frenzy in support of homosexuality, and the growing popularity of vampires in entertainment.
Some might say we’ve already gone to the debil.

The BPA bunk, I believe, was to dishearten and discourage all the folks banking on canned food in the hopes they’d pitch stuff out.
If I recall correctly, the site below contains info about a basement in CA that was being renovated when a can of corn from the 1960s was found. So they opened the 50+ year-old can and tried it. Report was it tasted like any other can of corn!
So if you’re stressing about canned goods going out of date for the pending Barackalypse, pfft!

Heard the latest? Egg yolks are as dangerous as cigarettes. Sounds like some chicken farmers are against the O’s regime and so O’s minions throw a “study” out there like that to reduce said farmers’ sales. If you know what I mean. Connect the fucking dots.

Dangerous egg yolks again?
Didn’t we go through this about 30 years ago?
I thought the science was settled that egg yolks are good for you but anti-cholesterol drugs are not.

All information that comes from government agencies is a bunch of crap. The EPA designates an acceptable “safe level” of chlorine in drinking water that a pool chemical supply company will tell you is NOT safe to swim in. Just compare a drinking water test kit to a pool test kit and there you have it.
Eggs are good for you and if they are from your own chickens they are even better.
Same crap years back about butter and margarine. All that fake crap will kill you.
The so-called experts don’t know shit from shinola.
Research the subject of longevity and you will find that people live longer in third world countries where they don’t have all the man-made artificial processed foods chocked full of additives.
A simple rule for healthy living is to try to eat a Biblical diet, or as close to that as you can get. The Mediterranean diet is close to that.
And don’t believe any information that comes from a government source. Most of your doctors will lead you astray with bogus information. My health improved when I fired my doctor.
America will improve when we fire the current administration.

Same for phtalates, not a shred of scientific evidence, and this one really is driving up the cost of products, especially medical devices.
