Shows like that in the 70s are the reason I still don’t watch much TV. Thanks, guys!

That was a horrible show. The only part I liked was the theme song.

@Will Profit – There’s a pretty good chance it happened since Pallillo was openly gay. Thank God Travolta didn’t drag him into Scientology, or maybe he tried and Pallillo and the rest had more common sense to stay away.
RIP Horshack!

Most people are not aware that Ron was British and also a Shakespearean actor of great renown.

I don’t think he ever recovered from the Screech vs. Horshack fight.

@The Doktor, you’re not that far off the mark.
I just read his bio on Wiki, and was quite surprised to learn that he did theater in New York in the ’90s. Actually played Mozart in “Amadeus” and George in “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf”. As recently as 2008, he did a charity event on Broadway for people with AIDS. I’m glad he was still able to work at his craft.
RIP, Horshack.

The only good part of that show was Kotter’s wife. She was hot, in a librarian kind of way…

Horshak & 64. Two things that, taken together, just creep the Hell out of me.

That’s too bad, only because I’LL BE 63 ON THURSDAY!!!
I’m not worried, being in so much better shape than everyone younger at work – BP 110/66, heart rate 56, only weigh about 5 lbs. more than I did in basic training 1968….
Crap! I might live forever! Oh, well – someone has to pay for all the moochers & free riders….

Fuck off on Welcome Back Cotter. Not every in the Seventies had the luxury of then new and expensive cable. It was one of the few shows I did enjoy. The cast was great, queers or not. Not your memories, then take shit or something.

I’s so mad I misspelled Kotter. RIP Ron Palillo.

It’s weird to read about so many of the people I grew up watching or listening to in my youth starting to die off. I’m a few years younger than he was, but it is always a reminder to take the time to appreciate life aside from all the bullshit.
RIP Ron Palillo

@SgtZim
I don’t smoke or drink, though I used too. I hate pills and weed makes me laugh. That’s what I need. A joint.
