Admission is $51, and the room is only half full at Obama fundraiser
.

This prompts us to ask that age old question. Is the room half full or half empty?

    Don’t know, but probably all-white.

It was half-assed. The other half had more important things to do, like kill children.

Well anyone that would pay $51 to see that worthless pres would need to have his or her head examined. So i question how he could even half fill
a phone booth. I know some of you readers do not know what a phone booth is ask and oldtimer.

If oblowme paid $51 for everyone to attend, he’d probably still only have a half-room full. Everyone’s so tired of hearing from this a-hole.

$51 – there was his mistake. He caters to the three buck up-chuck crowd.

@czar – half full and completely empty – of critical thought capacity.

As to the question of half full or half empty, with Obumphuk everything is a lie, he takes normal expectations and turns them completely upside-down. Therefore with Obumphuk, the normal view that half full is optimistic, does not apply. It’s a negative.

So imho, the room was half full.

I believe this election is going to be very similar to 1980. All polls even going into October of 1980 showed Carter comfortably ahead of Reagan. And Reagan wiped the floor with Jimmeh on election night.

I believe all these polls that show Obama holding a lead over Romney are full of crap. I believe that when people actually have the opportunity to SHOW where they stand (like over 10K people in Highpoint, NC or on Chik-Fil-A Appreciation day), they are very clear that they embrace conservatism.

In a way, I think it might be beneficial for us to let the liberal media paint this picture of Obama being “personally liked” (I don’t believe that for a second) and “holding a comfortable lead” over Romney. That way, on election night, when they are hit squarely between the eyes about how deeply disliked Obama is, and how excited voters are to send him packing, all those liberal news folks will get those stunned, utterly shocked faces that are just, well, a delight to see.

$51 major mistake. Should’a kept it at $3 with a raffle to have sex with Roseanne Barr.

$51 TO HEAR BLAME, EXCUSES & NO PLAN IS STEEP
All his supporters, beside the wealthy Hollywood elite as well as other various billionaires and millionaires, are low on cash. Birthday, Dinner Date, and Basketball raffles, much like life necessities, cost money.

They should have “sold” bags Doritos or boxes Twinkies for $51 and given “free” admission to his event. That away, they could have accepted EBT cards for it and filled it to the rafters. Then there would have been 2000 there instead of 1000.

Interesting thought, but it wouldn’t work. Food stamp recipients take, they don’t contribute.

    And this was in Chitcago?
Where were the out of state buses with rent-a-crowds?

In response to Jodi Kantor’s sad tweet:
“At Obama fundraiser in Chicago. Admission only $51, but room is half full.”

    I liked this reply:
    - Fred Wimpy

“@jodikantor: Dear Obama…can’t make it. Had 2 buy 1/2 tank of gas.”

The really sad thing is I bet that the 1/2 full portion of the room was filled mostly with paid supporters bussed in for the event. Which would mean that next to nobody in his own backyard showed up to hear him flap his lies.

I also agree with Diann 100%. I work in a area that 4 years ago was awash with peeps who couldn’t stop talking about Obummer 24/7. Today not a peep from anybody, including the hardcore libs. But like everybody says, we still have to treat this like we are 5 points down and pummel Obummer on everything from the economy to his treating the White House like a private country club.

In some small way (very VERY small), I feel sorry for Barry. In five months, he will no longer have a role anywhere in the progressive machine. When he has no value, he will lose the constant image enhancement that he currently enjoys.

He will be the embarrassing joke for everybody that as we on the right currently see. There will be no more protection of the narrative. His history will gradually become revealed and it will confirm the suspicions–an unremarkable hollow shell propped up by opportunistic ideologues.

His celebrity, which is all he has, will slowly diminish as tastes inevitably change leaving a small, lonely man who bores anybody who wanders close with stories about who he was and how hard he tried.

I pity 75-year-old Obama, alone with his ego, completely clueless about the reasons why.

    @Jason, interesting observation.

I bet Moose will dump his skinny ass before he can even slither back to his skeevy pals in Chitcago.

What WILL he do with himself? I know!
He could write another book! About his term in office…and what a success it was.
    Of course, he’ll need a ghostwriter…again.

    What Diann said!

Is anyone else noticing that the entire obamaloney crew is looking especially second-rate and shop-worn? Collectively, they look like the assortment of banged-up, half part, odds and ends dumped in a bin at a garage sale, marked “as is, make offer.” And obamaloney himself is looking and sounding like an anxious, greasy, scheming aluminum siding salesman tugging at your sleave as you tell him for the fifth time that you’re not interested.

The Left can’t articulate the sentiment, but it feels great to know they are feeling as demoralized as the rest of have been feeling for so long. The pendulum always swings back. Always. $51 to attend an obamaloney event in Chicago and so few show up? Ouch. I imagine his inner 13 year-old is feeling pretty unloved about now.
