Who would be fooled by this?

Home - by - August 8, 2012 - 18:14 America/New_York - 22 Comments

Believe it or not an “elite” blogger seems to leave open the possibility that this is “real.”

Look at this clip and tell me how an “elite blogger” can question whether this is a real “sportscaster” doing color commentary for the Olympics.

I’ll leave you to figure out who the blogger is that questioned whether this is real or not. I wonder if Rick Perry would think this was a real clip.

I only got part-way through, but the “sportscaster” has an amusing mixed accent between CANADIAN and IRISH. Ummm…NO.

Ehhh, could be. I’ve heard other broadcasters call a competitor a “dick head” several times. Yeah, I’m sure I have.

Well, I used to race so it was instantly obvious what was going on. Those Lasers are sweet boats, always wanted one of them or a 505, had to sail wooden and glass Windmills due to a lack of funds.

    So who’s the elite blogger?

Don’t know, but I would pay to hear the live broadcast of Chuck Connors (The Rifleman) dropping the F-bomb for the first time in live sportscast history.

ESP stands for España, not Español. Any broadcaster would know that. This commentary is as phony as an Obama birth certificate.

I was disappointed that it wasnt a real, live broadcast.

One of the funniest bits I’ve seen in quite some time. You can close your eyes and just imagine an Irish color commentator in the studio with a full ashtray in front of him, rolled up sleeves, loosened tie, a smoke in one hand and a cold can of Guinness in the other trying to make head or tail of this race. Priceless.

No idea about the blogger, but I know I would have actually watched the Olympics had this guy been the announcer.
