    Naah. I’ll go with the student union clown theory– all LEGAL and on student visas.

    Probably engineering students. Probably headed back home, where there are JOBS, when they graduate.

    That itself is a sad commentary. Obumfuk wants to open the floodgates for fruit-pickers but slam them in the faces of the SMART people.
