Allen West Mocks Chicago Dems During Visit: I Came Here To Open A Chick-Fil-A
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) visited Chicago on Monday and took the opportunity to re-inject himself into an ongoing debate over Chick-fil-A and the fast food chain president’s comments about gay marriage.
“I had to come up from down South because I wanted to try to open up a Chick-fil-A franchise here in Chicago,” West said in an interview with CNBC’s Rick Santelli from the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade.

This is the man I wish Romney would pick for VP. He’s from the south, he’d carry Florida, he’s a real conservative, and he has the military background that would help balance Romney’s business side. I know I’ll here from some people who disagree, but we need to win, not have the perfect candidate – especially since there are no perfect candidates.

Our hopes may not be a fantasy here…Sarah Palin has vigorously stated that Allen West would be the perfect pick for Romney, and you can bet that Romney is considering him. In fact, all the attention he’s hinting at Walker, Christie, and even Rubio is simply a well-played ruse.
Romney knows he needs a tough, conservative VP, and picking West would not only hand him the state of Florida, but would eliminate the race card completely, and launch the democrat party into a 16 year hibernation.
Remember, the left is screaming mad because they want to get to work digging up dirt on the VP pick. Them not knowing is driving them nuts, and Romney knows this because he is doing it on purpose. He has already made his VP pick, and I wouldn’t be a bit suprised if is Alan West.
