Shrewd Move By Romney Camp

Buzzfeed

After a disastrous 48-hour news cycle in London, the Romney campaign “wants the world to know” that they are prepared for a “Saturday Obama Surprise,” of unknown specifications.

“We want to communicate to the world that we are ready for whatever they throw at us,” a Romney adviser told BuzzFeed unsolicited. “After poor economic numbers today, we are preparing for them to throw out absurdities, distractions, and anything else they can to divert from the economy.”

When asked why Romney’s camp expected a sneak attack from the Obama campaign, the advisor said their guard was up because of “how they’ve conducted themselves in the past.”

This is clever because it signals that anything negative the Obama camp throws at Romney is because they are trying to obfuscate their dismal administration.

I have to admit, Ann Coulter was right about Romney being the best candidate to go against Obama. But her reasonings along the way made me scratch my scalp.

I’m still not going to buy any more of her books.

Do the stupid brits REALLY want 4 more years of Obumbles? He gave an honest assessment of their security preparations, he was right, and now their knickers are in a knot. The desparate left and their propaganda wing, the press would be all over whatever he said or didn’t say.

serfer62 — If the mainstream Rs think Willard is running a good campaign, I think they would’ve been in awe of what the “Little General” would’ve been doing.

True, bitterclinger. You only have to listen to her stump speech for Ted Cruz last Friday and she’s a private citizen. “Little General” is a perfect description. :)

The obama administration are a bunch of back-stabbing cowards. All Romney has to do is point out the facts. The truth always speaks for itself.

Most Americans couldn’t care less.

Very clever. It appears that any person in Romney’s campaign team has more brains in one of their fingernails than WH Communications Director Pfeiffer has ever dreamed of.

I agree with the pickleduster. Romney was uniquely qualified to make those comments, which really weren’t all that bad. The Brits got all upset because they know he’s right. It’s not as if anyone could say, “Oh yeah? If Mitt’s so smart, let’s see HIM try to run an Olympiad.”

Shit, they have no idea what’s coming down the pike from Obomber, Axeldouche, and the media darlings at MSNBC…He ain’t seen NOTHING YET.
Mitt need only ask Sarah Palin what it felt like, and borrow her first aid kit.
