    Problem: the picture is Black Jack Ketchum, who was hanged for train robbery. Interesting footnote, the hangman screwed the pooch and tore Ketchum’s head off.

    This has been a meme for a very long time. I’ve seen versions with this being Hillary’s uncle, as well as Bush’s uncle.

    I’m just glad it’s back, and it’s Harry Reid this time – it sounds most authentically Reid’s family.

    Incidentally, it is always someone’s uncle. And their name is Remus.
