I make the guys who work for me answer questions like these all the time. We call it the American Pop Quiz.It;s usually while I’m buying them a nice lunch, so nobody bitches.
My point to them is if you’re working with me, representing the firm, you can’t be an ignorant asshat. A grown person, doing a job for a salary, married to a spouse, raising children, must…MUST…know what the fuck is going on in this world, or as far as I’m concerned, you’re a shit citizen, worthless parent, and an employee who’s judgement I hold in disregard.
And who, may I ask, needs an asshat like that around?

I am amazed here at how little some “educated” and “enlightened” people know. You expect the low lifes to know little; but with more “informed” people, you expect more.
Of course BFH’s mother did not know who “Big Fur Hat” was. She still thinks of him as “Small Fuzzy Cap”.
