Mindy Meyer For NYS Senate
Is this the new face of conservatism in New York?
A lifelong Flatbush resident, Mindy is the first young woman in the history of New York to run for New York State Senate. The Orthodox Jewish woman, aged 22, is the candidate for both the Republican and Conservative party lines.
Mindy intends to utilize her religious values and moral compass as her guide. “I can tell you one thing, I have no experience in corruption,” said Meyer. “This is how politics has to change. There is always corruption, but I have the intention to follow my values and ensure that none of what happens in my district is corrupt.”
“We endorsed her,” said Jerry Kassar, chairman of Brooklyn’s Conservative party. “We filed her petitions on the conservative party line and we anticipate her being a strong candidate. We were very excited after we met with her and I say she will be formidable and a strong contender. She has a maturity and an ability well beyond her years.”Mindy on the IssuesHer Website

I just read here overview…I wouldn’t vote for her. The only thing I marginaly agree with her on is school choice. The rest is just political double speak.
Now, I have no idea how much the State Senator she is running against sucks, but is this a case of the lessor of the evils?

No, Irony, she is an absolutely beautiful woman, but the Tammy Fae Baker image is not a plus…please don’t get me wrong. Anybody that chooses to dive into politics deserves honesty and should be able to handle it…

So she’s 22. Even John Dingell, Jack Murtha, Robert Byrd, Strom Thurmond, and practically every Kennedy got into politics at a young age.
So she’s a candidate for the GOP? Most newcomers claim to be conservative until they get into office, then it’s a run to the left.

Ah, cut the kid a break. Yeah, too much makeup and spray-on tan, but for a new yorker, it’s pretty mild. Her “issues” positions are a little shallow, but at least she is a young conservative…i’d vote for her.

She’s pro-abortion.
She want full funding (tax payers picking up the tab…again) for summer youth employment programs.
