Keep trying, Dad! You are his only hope! How blessed he is to have a Father that cares!

Sounds staged to me. I think they were hoping for Pants on the ground #2.

Humiliation. It’s a better lesson than learning how to defraud with EBT cards (I was behind a welfare whore yesterday who bought 2 HUGE steaks worth $40 with her EBT card, and am still spinning, even though I gave her a piece of my mind…).

I agree with Bad Brad. This man didn’t want to teach his son a life lesson. He wanted to be a YouTube star. Otherwise he would have handled it privately. You don’t publicly embarrass a child to teach him – you sit him down and educate him as a father to a child…

I disagree Elwin -
This isn’t a son who did something very unique and specific – like wreck the family car.
This is a knucklehead participating in a trend.
It’s important to humiliate the trend, and that is something you do on YouTube. It’s not only his son doing it, it’s many sons. If you expect fathers en masse to sit down all their kids to address public decorum you’re living in a dream world.
This father is doing the work for many fathers, including absent ones.
I hope he does become a youtube star. Even if he’s faking, I agree with the message, so he would be doing a public service in spite of himself.

In my neck of the woods, black kids don’t wear that crap. It’s the skinny ass non athletic white kids with the Lady Di comb over that are confused about their sexual orientation because some dumb ass teacher told them how cool it would be to be gay that wear those things. I think this dad and son were having some fun at their expense, and if that’s the case this video is damn funny.

BFH: and we will have to agree to disagree.
“you’re living in a dream world”
Not a dream world – just the Midwest.
And many of us find that marriage and child raising is HARD work. But we don’t have to resort to humiliation or deception for a happy marriage or to raise a child. But again, it is HARD. But not impossible.
And well worth the extra effort to not settle for the ‘norm’.

Elwin, I don’t dude. Back when my kids were that age the big thing was “sagging”. We were always telling them “go put a belt on and I don’t want to see you damn underwear again”. I’m not even sure where they got pants big enough to sag with because we were buying their cloths for them at that age. I finally resorted to pantsing them in front of their buds. I used to do it to their friends too. Didn’t take long. We do laugh about it now, but pier pressure is much stronger than parental pressure at that age. By the way their friends started wearing belts when they came to visit too after about the second time around.

I myself can appericate this video.
this trend which was started by convicted homosexuals in a prison setting should not be considered cool or the norm at all.
