Does the government think they are fooling anyone?

When you write such a vague law you are just looking to drum up revenue.

    Exactly, BFH. And while they’re at it make it a progressive tax calculated and paid during motor vehicle inspection:
    $0.02 per mile driven since last inspection
    x5 for more than 8 cylinders
    or x3 for 8 cylinders
    or x2 for 6 cylanders
    Credit of $1000.00 for semi-hybrid
    Credit of $2000.00 for full-hybrid

    or $0 if you can show a SNAP card.

    California wants to tax milage and ban smoking in public places, except smoking medical dope. I am all for banning texing and using cel phones while driving. But imagine the morning commute without a coffee? Damnit man. Bowling Green fight this stupid law.

    So, back in the day before cell phones I still could have been ticketed because I was chewing out my kids while I was driving.

    Hate to think what could have happened to my mom when she was driving, yelling and swinging a switch along the seat behind her, not caring who she hit, but knowing that we were all worthy!

    Bowling Green State U: Invited (paid for) Bill Ayers to “host” “curriculum summit”. By not including Ayers’ name in the headline they avoided the public outcry one would expect in a relatively conservative town with an ultra-socialist-liberal university.
