Dismayed woman called 911 over poor-quality mugshot
A Georgia woman woman was arrested by Winder police officers last week after she called 911 to report her displeasure with a mugshot.
Tonya Ann Fowler, 45, of Commerce called 911 after seeing herself on the cover of Bad & Busted, a local publication that compiles images of recent arrestees, and said she was unhappy with the photograph taken following a previous arrest.
