Pelosi Changes Mind About Romney’s Taxes When Focus Is On Her Returns

Politics can be a fun sport, especially when an arrogant progressive gets caught in their own web.
Former Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi who, according to her latest financial disclosure has a net worth of just short of $200 million dollars, has been beating up on Mitt Romney for not releasing his tax return

I don’t begrudge Pelosi her wealth.
What I do hold against her is the demagoguing about other people being successful, providing to the nation goods and services the citizens are willing to pay for and for being able to operate an efficient
enterprise that employs fellow Americans, doesn’t waste resources and pays Federal, State and Local taxes.
You know all the things that government can’t do.

I don’t begrudge Pelosi her wealth.

I don’t begrudge wealth. However I am offended by her taking advantage of “insider trading information” obtained during the course of her duties in Congress to modify her financial investments including securing sweet IPO deals that are normally not available to the average citizen.
I cannot understand why anyone lib running against Pelosi in her district doesn’t go after her.

@ reddecaesari. Excommunicate? Like the McRib, I’d like to see the Church bring back the inquisition. For a limited time only.

Remember how the press buried the insider trading story not so long ago. The Dems can do whatever they want to. The MSM died a slow horrible death and most people still haven’t noticed.

Don’t forget her attempt to exclude Samoans from the minimum wage law. Del Monte is in her district, which owns Star Kist and guess who does a lot of their fishing? Samoans.

I begrudge her wealth. Since she is amoral, I’m sure corruption and playola was behind a lot of it.

I don’t envy her wealth, but she didn’t do that on her own. She used the power of her political position granted to her by her constituents to pass legislation and give favors to companies that lined her own pockets.
Corruption in anyone’s book, unless your a progtard.

@Cruisin’ Cat – Excellent Point
In terms of Democrats holding office at the Federal level the President was right after all. Much of their wealth did come from the government.

Excommunication? The heck you say. She needs an exorcism performed on her. It could get ugly with her head going around 360 degrees and her vomiting what smells like tuna on everyone.

And that bee-yatch flew back and forth to CA on our dime when she was Speaker??? Anybody with a sense of decency would have paid their own way. Oh…I get it….

I seem to recall her specifically excluding Samoa from some legislation while she was Speaker cause that’s where her husband’s tuna company works out of – saved them millions.
I don’t begrudge anyone’s wealth, except when they’ve stolen it from the taxpayers.
