Sordid trade in the ‘summer brides’: Arab tourists are ‘buying underage Egyptian sex slaves’ to serve them for just a few months’

Wealthy tourists from the Persian Gulf are paying to marry under-age Egyptian girls just for the summer, according to a report.
These temporary marriages are not legally binding and end when the men return to their homes in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
The tourists pay a ‘dowry’ to poor families through intermediaries with prices ranging from £320 to £3,200.

The young victims – some under 18 – suffer sexual slavery and are forced to be servants to their ‘husbands’, claims the U.S. State Department report ‘Trafficking in Persons’.
No foreigner can marry an Egyptian girl if there is an age difference of 10 years, according to state laws. But parents and marriage brokers are getting round the restriction.
They will forge birth certificates to make the girls appear older and the men younger. In 2009, a court in Alexandria jailed two registrars for conducting temporary marriages of hundreds of girls under 18.
Sex before marriage is banned under Islamic law and most hotels and landlords demand proof before allowing a couple to share the same room.
But the report found that many parents will marry their daughter without her consent and often the girls agree to the arrangement because their families have no money.
Some of the victims are taken back to their husband’s country to work as maids while those left in Egypt are shunned by the conservative society – particularly if they have children during their temporary marriage.
The shame leads many of the girls to dump these youngsters in orphanages or abandon them with thousands of other Egyptian street children.Many of these ‘brides’ are also targeted by Egyptian men and forced into prostitution.

I assume that most folks here have viewed Ann Barnhardt’s You Tube posts on Islam and how women are viewed in the ROP. They are viewed as being far inferior to men (and having less of a soul if I remember correctly). This isn’t just cultural patriarchy or sexism in other parts of the world, it’s embedded into islamic culture. Muslim men frequently thank Allah that he did not make them to be born as a woman. It makes it easier for these families to engage in this “temporary marriage” garbage since girls/women are believed to be at the level of a pet or lower. I’ve heard some folks opine that since women are viewed to be so inferior, homo activity and the practice of buggering boys is preferable since it is sex between equals. They have an Arabic saying that translates as “For pleasure, a boy, for children, a woman”
To that I can only repeat Churchill’s words about Islam… “..No stronger retrograde force exists in the world…”

I learned during my year in Arabia that other A-rabs regard Egyptians (along with Palestinians) as the “niqqers” of the Arab world. So, the culture which treats certain of their own people as trash treats other less regarded A-rab cultures as utter garbage, to be disposed of when no longer needed.
This was back in 1985 and it seems nothing has changed. Even for us expats, if you wanted some, you sought out an Egyptian woman. She had as much to lose as any westerner if found out and so could be counted on to keep it “under her hat,” so to speak.

One cannot “force” a birth unless one first “forced” the pregnancy. Cut through the straw men and pretzel logic and what’s left?

Honestly, I’m not sure what might be — genuinely — the most humane.
I do know that many people are forced to suffer because of the snobby morality that tosses its nose in the air and intones, “Only God can take a life.”
It happens at the other end of the life cycle, as well: suffering elderly, without minds any longer, bed sores, diaper rashes, bodies wracked with pain, but….
….only God can take a life, cluck the enforcers of Christian Bible morality, so stuff ‘em full of appetite enhancers so they start eating again. Ream out the heart. Keep ‘em going.
It’s pretty sick-o, in my estimation, devoid of compassion, rigid, uncompromising.
